Once your order has been received, we will carefully review all of the custom information that you have included, looking for any spelling or grammar errors, and noting any pertinent information that you may have unintentionally missed. Any discrepancies that we find will be corrected, and brought to your attention in the email with your proof.
Proofs are normally ready within 1-2 business days (M-F) after we receive your order for a Baby Shower Invitation, and within 2-3 business days for a Bridal Shower Invitation or Birth Announcement. These time frames apply to designs that will not require extensive customizations.
When making customizations to a design that will based on a photo you send, or other special instructions (such as theme color changes), please allow an additional day for your proof.
If you are in a hurry and need your order as quickly as possible, please contact us to see if we are able to put a "RUSH" on it. The fastest possible turn-around time is the same day for your proof, and the same or next business day for processing and shipping, depending on the time of day your approval is received. There is a $15.00 fee for Rush Orders.
Once you receive your proof, please check it carefully for errors! If there are any mistakes or missing information, we must be notified to make the corrections. Your approval gives us permission to print your announcements exactly as shown. We are not responsible for any errors once we have received your approval and print your order.
It is our goal to make sure that you are thrilled with your design! If for any reason we are unable to achieve that, and you have not yet approved your proof, you may cancel your order without any obligation. Once your order has been approved for printing and processing, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
Upon your approval, your order will be printed and shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F).
Printed colors may differ in appearance from what you see on the website or from what you may see on different devices used to view your proof. My Little Cutie Patootie can not be responsible for how colors appear on an individual customer's screen, as the monitor's calibration greatly affects what you see, and the prints may not be an exact likeness. For best results if a specific color is desired, please mail us a color sample and we will make every effort to obtain the closest match possible.
